Residents of the Billings area will have the chance to talk directly to state lawmakers to get an update on current activity during the 2019 Montana legislative session.
Eight sessions utilizing technologically-interactive meetings will occur from January to April on the Montana State University Billings campus. The meetings are sponsored by the Billings Chamber of Commerce, Billings Gazette, City of Billings, MSU Billings, MSU Billings Foundation, Visit Billings and Yellowstone County Commissioners.
Attendees will be able to talk with legislators from the Yellowstone River Valley and nearby counties through a Met-Net link between Billings and Helena. Legislators will be available to answer questions and give insights into the sessions.
All legislative Met-Net meetings are free and open to the public.
Sessions held from Noon to 1PM at the College of Business in McDonald Hall, Room 163 at MSU Billings.
Attendees are welcome to park in the parking garage free of charge, take the sky bridge from the garage to the College of Business, McDonald Hall.
