If you have ever wanted to get a concealed firearm permit, now is your chance in Billings. At A Moment's Notice runs courses all across the west to provide citizens these licenses. Larry Ragilone, a certified firearms instructor, will conduct a class in Billings October 3rd at the Hampton Inn, just off South Billings Boulevard.
Raglione was in Billings earlier this year for a well attended course at Big Bear Sporting Goods on King. Demand was so strong that we asked him to come back and do another course.
