The Billings Chamber of Commerce presented its 2013 Roche Jaune Award in Agriculture to Northern Broadcasting and KGHL owner Taylor Brown at the annual Ag Appreciation Dinner Friday night.
Other Roche Jaune awards in the area are presented in the fall. The ag award has its own special presentation at the annual dinner.
Every fall, people in the Billings area converge on a local venue to celebrate the brilliant and generous people who make Montana’s Trailhead such a wonderful and forward-focused community. So many area residents are doing great things in their business and personal lives that the Chamber/CVB Roche Jaune Awards were initiated. Roche Jaune means rock yellow and is a native reference term for the gorgeous Yellowstone River and Rimrocks.
